  1. PAYMENT: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment which will be added to your final fee. The remaining balance is due in Cash only
  • LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time.15-minute period of grace is given. After this, your appointment will be canceled

  • COLORS : Please note that mixing + colors for your braids will incur additional charges. Thank you for your understanding!
    • CANCELLATIONS: A 24-hour notice is required before cancellation or rescheduling of any service
  • DEAR CLIENTS, KINDLY NOTE THAT WE CAN ADDRESS ANY HAIR-RELATED CONCERNS WITHIN THREE DAYS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOUR TIMELY FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT TO US FOR THE BEST SERVICE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR HAIR REDO OR RETOUCH SERVICES WITHIN 3DAYS .
